Every parcel shipped with insurance through TracSky is protected against loss, theft, damage, or a missing package. If something goes wrong with an insured shipment, we reimburse the customer an amount equivalent to the insurance claim category selected for the goods — up to a maximum payout of $50,000, depending on the category of goods shipped.

Claim payouts are calculated based on the category of goods shipped (e.g. Agriculture Equipment, Medical Supplies, Animals & Pets, Electronics, and more) and the amount of insurance purchased at the time of shipment.
